重组人生长激素联合亮丙瑞林治疗特发性中枢性性早熟的价值分析 被引量:5

The Value of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone Combined with Leuprorelin in the Treatment of Idiopathic Central Precocious Puberty

摘要 目的:探讨重组人生长激素+亮丙瑞林治疗特发性中枢性性早熟的效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月龙岩人民医院和龙岩市中医院收治的80例特发性中枢性性早熟女童,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用亮丙瑞林治疗,观察组采用亮丙瑞林联合重组人生长激素。比较两组治疗前后性激素水平[雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡雌激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)]。结果:治疗前,两组E_(2)、FSH、LH水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组E_(2)、FSH、LH水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对特发性中枢性早熟患儿采取重组生长激素联合亮丙瑞林进行治疗效果确切,有助于改善患儿体内激素水平,值得临床采纳。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone combined with Leuprorelin in the treatment of idiopathic central precocious puberty.Method:A total of 80 girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty admitted to Longyan People’s Hospital and Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Leuprorelin,and the observation group was treated with Leuprorelin combined with Recombinant Human Growth Hormone.Sex hormone levels[estradiol (E_(2)),follicular estrogen (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH)]before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in E_(2),FSH and LH levels between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,E_(2),FSH and LH levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant Human Growth Hormone combined with Leuprorelin is effective in the treatment of children with idiopathic central precocious puberty,which is helpful to improve the hormone level in children,and is worthy of clinical adoption.
