多轨教学模式在老年科临床见习带教中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究多轨教学模式在老年科临床见习带教中的临床应用。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年12月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院老年科进行临床见习的76名学生作为研究对象。根据其不同的见习时间分组,将2019年1-12月见习的学生纳入参照组(38例),将2020年1-12月见习的学生纳入研究组(38例)。参照组给予传统临床带教教学法,研究组给予多轨教学模式教学法。比较两组的考核成绩、综合能力评分和教学满意度。结果:研究组理论知识成绩、病例分析成绩、考核总成绩均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学习自主性、思考积极性、分析应用能力、知识掌握程度、团队协作能力、综合能力总评分均高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用多轨教学模式可有效提高老年科临床见习带教效果,有助于学生学习水平、综合能力的提升,也提高学生对教学效果的满意度。 Objective:To study the clinical application of multi track teaching model in clinical probation teaching of geriatrics.Method:Seventy-six students on clinical probation in the Geriatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to their different periods of probation,the students on probation from January to December 2019 were included in the reference group (38 cases),and the students on probation from January to December 2020 were included in the study group (38 cases).The reference group was given traditional clinical teaching learning method,and the study group was given multi track teaching model teaching method.The results of assessment,comprehensive ability scores and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The results of theoretical knowledge,case analysis and examination total result in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the scores of study autonomy,thinking enthusiasm,analysis and application ability,knowledge mastery degree,teamwork ability and the total score of comprehensive ability in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the teaching total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting multi track teaching model can effectively improve the teaching effect of geriatrics clinical probation,which is conducive to the improvement of students’ learning level and comprehensive ability,as well as their satisfaction with the teaching effect.
