小切口内固定术联合外固定支架固定术治疗开放性胫骨骨折的效果分析

摘要 目的:研究用小切口内固定术联合外固定支架固定术治疗开放性胫骨骨折的效果。方法:选择2016年2月至2019年1月山东省聊城市茌平区中医医院收治的30例开放性胫骨骨折患者作为研究对象。对这些患者均进行小切口内固定术联合外固定支架固定术,然后观察其临床疗效。结果:术后对30例患者进行1~3年的随访发现,其骨折端均达到骨性愈合。术后其骨折端达到骨性愈合的时间为3~9个月,平均时间为6个月。术后无患者出现感染、骨折端延迟愈合、骨不连等并发症。术后6个月,30例患者治疗的优良率为93.33%。结论:用小切口内固定术联合外固定支架固定术治疗开放性胫骨骨折的效果显著,能促进患者骨折端的愈合及患肢功能的恢复,且其术后的并发症较少,治疗的安全性较高。 Objective:To study the effect of small incision internal fixation combined with external fixation stent fixation in the treatment of open tibial fracture.Methods:a total of 30 patients with open tibial fracture treated in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Chiping District,Liaocheng City,Shandong Province from February 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.These patients were treated with small incision internal fixation combined with external fixation stent fixation,and then the clinical efficacy was observed.Results:30 patients were followed up for 1~3 years after operation and found that all the fracture ends had reached osseous union.The time for osseous union of the fracture was 3~9 months,with an average of 6 months.There were no postoperative complications such as infection,delayed union of fracture end and bone nonunion.Sixmonths after operation,the good rate of 30 patients was 93.33%.Conclusion:Small incision internal fixation combined with external fixation stent fixation has a significant effect on the treatment of open tibial fracture,which can promote the healing of the fracture end and the recovery of the affected limb function,and its postoperative complications are less,and the safety of treatment is higher.
