当归芍药散合桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗单纯性卵巢囊肿的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of danggui Shaoyao Powder and Guizhi Tucling Pill in the treatment of simple ovarian cyst

目的:分析用当归芍药散合桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗单纯性卵巢囊肿的疗效。方法:将60例单纯性卵巢囊肿患者均分为对照组和试验组。为对照组患者采用桂枝茯苓胶囊进行治疗,为试验组患者采用当归芍药散合桂枝茯苓丸加减进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:试验组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者卵巢囊肿的最大径短于对照组患者,其中病情严重程度为轻度、中度患者的占比均高于对照组患者,其中病情严重程度为重度患者的占比低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用当归芍药散合桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗单纯性卵巢囊肿的疗效显著,可有效地改善患者的病情。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with Guizhi Tucling pill in the treatment of simple ovarian cyst.Methods:60 patients with simple ovarian cyst were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with Guizhi Tuckahoe capsule,and the experimental group was treated with Danggui Shaoyao Powder and Guizhi Tuckahoe pill.Then the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum diameter of ovarian cyst in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,the proportion of patients with mild and moderate disease severity was higher than that in control group,and the proportion of patients with severe disease severity was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of simple ovarian cyst with Danggui Shaoyao Powder and Guizhi Tuckahoe pill is effective and can effectively improve the patient’s condition.
