雨课堂在实验动物外科学教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨雨课堂在实验动物外科学教学中的应用效果。方法选取空军军医大学2016级五年制临床医学专业学生(90名)为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为实验组(45名)和对照组(45名)。在2020年3月至6月实验动物外科学教学中,实验组采用雨课堂进行授课,对照组采用传统模式进行授课。教学完成后对两组进行成绩考核和教学满意度问卷调查。结果两组理论知识成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组实践操作成绩、总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组教学满意度问卷回收率为100%,有效率为100%。实验组“利于理论教学”“利于实践教学”“利于自主学习”“利于重点难点掌握”“操作讲授”“课后测试”的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组“课堂讨论”满意度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雨课堂在实验动物外科学教学中展现了良好的课堂效果,具有良好的推广潜能。 Objective To explore the effect of rain classroom in laboratory animal surgery teaching.Methods A total of 90 five-year clinical medicine students(Grade 2016)from Air Force Military Medical University were selected as the research subjects and divided into experimental group(45 students)and control group(45 students)according to random number table method.In the laboratory animal surgery teaching from March to June 2020,rain classroom was used for the experimental group,while traditional mode was used for the control group.After the completion of teaching,the two groups were assessed for their performance and questionnaire survey of teaching satisfaction.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in theoretical knowledge scores(P>0.05).The practical operation score and total score of experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery rate of teaching satisfaction questionnaire was 100%and the effective rate was 100%.The satisfaction rating scores of“conducive to theoretical teaching”,“conducive to practical teaching”,“conducive to autonomous learning”,“easy to grasp the key and difficult points”,“operation teaching”,and“review test”in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in satisfaction score of“class discussion”between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rain classroom has shown good classroom effect in the surgery teaching of experimental animals and has good promotion potential.
