双导师制度在超声住院医师规范化培训过程中的探索

The exploration of the dual tutor system in the standardized training of ultrasound residents

我国对于超声科医生需求较大,急需培养同时具备丰富理论知识和扎实临床操作技能的超声医生。住院医师规范化培训是每个医学生走向合格临床医师的必经途径。在超声医学科住院医师规范化培训的教学过程中实行双导师培养制度有着重要的实际意义。由于双导师带教制度在超声科住院医师规培中尚处于初级阶段,仍有许多实行过程中暴露的问题亟待解决。本文分析了超声医学科规范化培训过程中实行双导师带教制度的重要作用及长远意义,并提出完善过程的合理化建议。

There is a great demand for ultrasound doctors in China and it is urgent to cultivate ultrasound doctors with rich theoretical knowledge and solid clinical operation skills.The standardized training of resident residents is a necessary way for every medical student to become a qualified clinician.It is of great practical significance to implement the dual tutor training system in the the standardized training of ultrasound residents.As the dual tutor system is still in the primary stage in the regulation and training of ultrasound residents,there are still many problems exposed in the implementation process to be solved urgently.This paper analyzes the important role and long-term significance of implementing the dual tutor system in the course of the regulation and training of ultrasound medicine,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for improving the process.
