痛风性关节炎治疗的研究进展

Resecrch progress in the treatment of gouty arthritis

痛风性关节炎是最常见的风湿病之一。由于嘌呤代谢紊乱或尿酸排泄减少而导致血尿酸升高,进而引起单钠尿酸盐结晶并沉积于关节,患者表现为关节红、肿、热、痛,严重者出现关节畸形或功能受损。近年来,伴随医疗水平的逐步提高,对该病的治疗方法也逐渐增多,中、西医治疗的优、缺点并存各有所长,在病情不同阶段各自具备不同的治疗特点,但也都存在可能的未涉及的研究领域。本文主要就中医、西医对痛风性关节炎的药物治疗及非药物治疗的最新进展进行综述。

Gouty arthritis is one of the most common rheumatic diseases.Patients with purine metabolism disorders or reduced uric acid excretion lead to increased blood uric acid,which leads to monosodium urate crystals and deposition in the joint,characterized by red,swelling,heat,and pain,even joint deformity or functional damage.In recent years,with the gradual improvement of the medical level,the treatment of the gouty arthritis is gradually increasing.The advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine therapy and Western medicine treatment coexist,each of them has its own advantages,in different stages of the gouty arthritis shows different treatment characteristics.There are also new research areas to be developed.This paper mainly reviews the latest progress of drug treatment and non drug treatment of gouty arthritis in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
