脱氧核糖核酸酶1类似物3在自身免疫性疾病中的研究进展

摘要 自身免疫性疾病是一种发病率高、病死率高的疾病,由于其发病率在全球范围内呈上升趋势,因而其早期诊断就显得尤为重要。脱氧核糖核酸酶1类似物3(DNASE1L3)是一种降解凋亡或坏死细胞染色质的内切酶,其缺失或堆积,使得体内凋亡细胞的清除发生紊乱,触发自身免疫反应引起自身免疫性疾病。尤其在系统性红斑狼疮、强直性脊柱炎、皮肌炎和多肌炎等自身免疫性疾病中的表达水平及作用机制备受关注。此外,DNASE1L3在恶性肿瘤及呼吸系统疾病中的表达也存在差异。这意味着其对于这类疾病的诊断、治疗及预后有着良好的临床指导意义。本文就近年来DNASE1L3在自身免疫性疾病及其他疾病中的应用及研究进展作一综述。 Autoimmune disease is a disease with high morbidity and fatality rate,since its morbidity is on the rise globally,its early diagnosis is particularly important.Deoxyribonucinase 1 analogue 3(DNASE1L3)is an endonuclionase that degrades the chromatin of apoptotic or necrotic cells.Its deletion or accumulation leads to disorder in the clearance of apoptotic cells in vivo,triggering autoimmune reactions and causing autoimmune diseases.Especially,its expression level and mechanism in systemic lupus erythematosus,ankylosing spondylitis,dermatomyositis and polymyositis,and other autoimmune diseases have attracted much attention.In addition,the expression of DNASE1L3 is also different in malignant tumors and respiratory diseases.This means that it has a good clinical guiding significance for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of these diseases.This article reviews the application and research progress of DNASE1L3 in autoimmune diseases and other diseases in recent years.
