摘要
组蛋白修饰是表观遗传调控的一种重要方式,它通过相关修饰酶发生翻译后修饰从而改变染色质的结构和功能。肿瘤血管生成是肿瘤发生、发展、转移、复发过程中至关重要的一个环节。已有大量研究发现,组蛋白修饰和肿瘤血管生成有着密切联系,组蛋白修饰酶可以改变自身表达量或者直接作用于癌基因,也可以与热休克蛋白等相互作用促进或抑制肿瘤血管生成并在一定程度上影响肿瘤的预后。本文就组蛋白修饰在肿瘤血管生成方面的最新研究展开综述,以期揭示组蛋白修饰在其中的具体作用机制、分子机理并为肿瘤预防、诊断、治疗、预后提供新方向。
Histone modification plays an important role in epigenetics.It changes the structure and function of chromatin by post-translational modification via related modification enzymes.Tumor angiogenesis is a crucial link in the process of tumor development,metastasis and recurrence.A large number of studies have found that histone modification is closely related to tumor angiogenesis.Histone modification enzymes can change their own expression or act directly on onco⁃genes,or interact with heat shock proteins to promote or inhibit tumor angiogenesis and affect the prognosis of tumors to a certain extent.In this paper,the latest research on histone modification in tumor angiogenesis is reviewed,so as to reveal the specific mechanism and molecular mechanism of histone modification in tumor angiogenesis and provide a new direction for tumor prevention,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
