乳腺癌中趋化因子受体7及两个配体介导的细胞信号通路

摘要 乳腺癌是一种女性高发的肿瘤,随着病程发展乳腺癌发生转移,患者五年生存率明显下降。趋化因子配体19(C-C motif chemokine ligand 19,CCL19)和趋化因子配体21(C-C motif chemokine ligand 21,CCL21)与其受体趋化因子受体7(C-C motif chemokine receptor 7,CCR7)相结合,参与激活乳腺癌转移相关信号通路,影响乳腺癌发展。本文就CCR7与乳腺癌转移的相关性及两个配体介导的乳腺癌细胞信号通路进行综述。 Breast cancer is a kind of high incidence tumor in females.With the development and metastasisof breast cancer,the five year survival rate decreased significantly.The C-C motif chemokine ligand 19(CCL19)and C-C motif chemokine ligand 21(CCL21)are binding with their receptor C-C motif chemokine receptor 7(CCR7),then partici⁃pates in activation of breast cancer metastasis related signal pathways,and affects the development of breast cancer.In this paper,the correlation of CCR7 and breast cancer metastasis,and the cellular signal pathway of two ligands mediated in breast cancer are reviewed.
