黑色素瘤缺乏因子2在结直肠癌中的研究进展

The research progress of AIM2 in colorectal cancer

结直肠癌是世界上常见的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率及死亡率均位于前3位。黑色素瘤缺乏因子2(Absent in melanoma 2,AIM2)是一种能够识别来源于病毒、细菌或宿主本身双链DNA的细胞质传感器,属于免疫相关的干扰素诱导P200蛋白家族(The interferon inducible p200-protein,IFI-P200)一员。最新研究表明AIM2与结直肠癌发生、发展密切相关,AIM2水平能预测结直肠癌患者预后,对放化疗、靶向及免疫治疗疗效均有一定的指导意义。本文就AIM2在结直肠癌中的最新研究进展进行综述。

Colorectal cancer is the most common malignant tumor.The incidence rate and mortality rate of it were both in the top 3 in the world.AIM2,a cytoplasmic sensor,can recognize double-stranded DNA from viruses,bacteria,or the host itself.It is a member of the immune-related IFI-P200 protein family.The latest studies show that AIM2 is closely related to the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.The expression of AIM2 can be as a prognosis predicting factor in colorectal cancer,and it has a certain impact on the treatment of radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeting and immunotherapy.This article reviews the latest research progress of AIM2 in colorectal cancer.
