HE4和CYFRA21-1在子宫内膜癌患者血清中的表达研究

Expression of HE4 and CYFRA21-1 in serum of patients with endometrial carcinoma

目的:探讨血清人附睾蛋白4(Human epididymis protein 4,HE4)和细胞角蛋白19片段(Cytokeratin 19 fragment,CYFRA21-1)在子宫内膜癌患者诊断中的临床价值。方法:选取我院妇科2019年12月至2020年10月收治的48例子宫内膜癌患者作为观察组,本院同期收治的45例子宫内膜增生症患者作为对照组,另取本院同期进行体检的50例女性健康体检者作为健康体检组。比较三组研究对象血清HE4和CYFRA21-1水平及观察组患者血清中二者的相关性。结果:观察组和对照组患者血清HE4和CYFRA21-1水平均高于健康体检组,且观察组患者血清HE4和CYFRA21-1水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者血清CYFRA21-1与血清HE4呈正相关(r=0.639,P<0.001)。结论:血清HE4和CYFRA21-1水平在子宫内膜癌患者中升高较为显著,对子宫内膜癌的早期诊断及后期治疗具有指导意义。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of HE4 and CYFRA21-1 in serum in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:A total of 48 patients with endometrial carcinoma treated in our hospital from December 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the observation group,and the other 45 patients with endometrial hyperplasia treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Then 50 healthy females who had physical exami⁃nation in the same period in our hospital were selected as the health examination group.The serum levels of HE4 and CYFRA21-1 in the three groups and the correlation between them in serumof observation group were compared.Results:The levels of serum HE4 and CYFRA21-1 in the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group,and the levels of serum HE4 and CYFRA21-1 in the observation group were signifi⁃cantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between serum CYFRA21-1 level and serum HE4 level in the observation group(r=0.639,P<0.001).Conclusion:The levels of serum HE4 and CYFRA21-1 are significantly increased in patients with endometrial carcinoma,which has guiding significance for earlier diagnosis and post-treatment of endometrial carcinoma.
