锁骨下动脉盗血综合征的彩色多普勒超声征象及临床价值

Color Doppler ultrasonography signs and clinical value of subclavian steal syndrome

目的:探讨锁骨下动脉盗血综合征(Subclavian steal syndrome,SSS)的彩色多普勒超声征象及临床价值。方法:收集2017年8月至2020年12月在我院行彩色多普勒超声提示锁骨下动脉盗血综合征,并经数字减影血管造影(Digital subtraction angiography,DSA)确诊的50例患者为研究对象。对两种方法进行对比分析,研究锁骨下动脉盗血综合征的彩色多普勒超声的征象及临床价值。结果:彩色多普勒超声与数字减影血管造影对锁骨下动脉盗血综合征的诊断具有较高的一制性,Kappa值为0.814。结论:彩色多普勒超声在锁骨下动脉盗血综合征的诊断中具有较高的准确性、敏感性,是临床首选的影像学检查方法。

Objective:To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasonography used in diagnosing subclavian steal syndrome(SSS).Methods:From August 2017 to December 2020,the cases with subclavian steal syndrome diag⁃nosed by color Doppler ultrasonography in our hospital were collected,50 cases who were diagnosed by DSA were selected as the subjects of study.The two methods were compared and analyzed to study the color Doppler ultrasonography signs and clinical value of subclavian artery steal syndrome.Results:Color Doppler ultrasonography and digital subtraction angiography had a high consistency in the diagnosis of subclavian steal syndrome,kappa value was 0.814.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasonography has higher accuracy and sensitivity in the diagnosis of subclavian steal syndrome,which is the preferred imaging examination method clinically.
