摘要
老年人轻度认知障碍是介于轻度痴呆和正常老化之间的一种临床状态。本文旨在通过对老年人轻度认知障碍及抑郁、淡漠的概念,老年人轻度认知障碍中的淡漠与抑郁的关系和区别进行综述,为及时开展对抑郁、淡漠表现的针对性干预措施提供依据。
Mild cognitive impairment is a clinical state between mild dementia and normal aging.This study aims to review the concepts of mild cognitive impairment,depression and apathy,as well as the differences between apathy and depression in mild cognitive impairment,so as to provide a basis for timely intervention for depression and apathy.
