摘要
乡村教育振兴对乡村振兴的战略推进起着重要作用,以教育资源共享与合作为特征的农村区域学校联盟为乡村教育振兴提供了新方向。研究认为:农村区域学校联盟能促进乡村组织的共建共治、缓解乡村人才的供需困境、加速优质资源的互通共享。但实践中,由于治理复杂性突出,组织协同机制不完善;变革情绪懈怠,人才振兴发展受阻;供给条件薄弱,获取资源渠道单一等问题,阻碍了农村区域学校联盟对乡村振兴的助力发展。面对现实,应通过优化组织运行结构,落实共举善治责任;激发人才变革意识,弥补保障服务缺位;统筹区域资源链接,建立整合长效机制等解决方略达到乡村教育振兴的善治效果。
The revitalization of rural education plays an important role in the promotion of rural revitalization.The rural regional school alliance characterized by the sharing and cooperation of educational resources provides a new direction for the revitalization of rural education.The rural regional school alliance can promote the construction of co-governance of rural organizations,alleviate the plight of rural talent cultivation and build an interactive link of rural resource supply.However,in practice,due to the obvious complexity of the governance objects and the imperfect organizational coordination mechanism,the lagging concept of educational reforms and the hindrance of talent development,the single resource supply system and the weak resource supply conditions have hindered the development of revitalization of the countryside by the school alliance.In practice,just optimize the organization′s operating structure,implement joint governance responsibilities,stimulate talents and change awareness,make up for the lack of guarantee services,coordinate the supply of rural resources,establish integrated long-term mechanisms and other solutions to achieve the effect of good governance in rural education revitalization.
