“新商科”跨界人才培养中多主体价值共创的动态演化路径 被引量:4

摘要 国家连续出台多项举措,不断推进高校与企业探索实施多样化的产教融合新模式。盐城师范学院作为较早实施校企合作协同育人的应用型本科院校,经历了校企签订合作协议的意向合作、多专业共建的尝试合作和协同提升人才质量的深度合作等阶段。在与企业不断深入合作中,多主体关系经历了从校企利益共同体发展到三螺旋结构,再到服务生态系统的演化过程,实现了多主体间“价值发现价值传递价值共创”的不断升华的价值演化目标。 The Chinese government has promulgated policies for the exploration and implementation of new models of integration of industry and education by universities and enterprises.Yancheng Teachers University,as an application-oriented undergraduate university,has been a vanguard in implementing school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education.Its development of collaborative education can be divided into the three stages of intentional cooperation,by signing cooperation agreements between schools and enterprises;trial cooperation,by multi-disciplinary co-construction;and in-depth cooperation,by collaborative improvement of talent quality.In the continuously deepening cooperation with enterprises,the multi-agent relationship has also developed from the school-enterprise interest community to the triple-helix structure,and then to the service eco-system,achieving the goal of continuous value evolution of“value discoveryvalue transfervalue co-creation”among multiple agents.
