自动酸化吹气预处理测定水中硫化物

摘要 采用DCS-S8型硫化物自动酸化吹气仪,以GB/T 16489—1996《水质硫化物的测定亚甲基蓝分光光度法》为依据,建立了水质硫化物自动酸化吹气预处理方法。通过对加酸量和时间间隔、加热温度、氮气流量和吹气时间等参数的优选实验,获得水质硫化物测定的最佳预处理条件,用亚甲基蓝分光光度法检测样品。实验结果表明,实际样品加标回收率90%~102%,相对标准偏差范围0.8%~1.7%,且空白实验结果、检出限均满足GB/T 16489—1996标准方法要求。该预处理方法操作简单,处理效率和自动化程度高,精密度和准确度好,可实现测定水中硫化物的快速预处理。 A pretreatment method of automatic acidification and blowing for sulfide in water was established by using DCS-S8 automatic acidification and blowing apparatus based on GB/T 16489-1996.The pretreatment conditions for the determination of sulfide in water were obtained by optimizing the parameters such as acid amount and time interval,heating temperature,nitrogen blowing flow rate and blowing time.And the samples were detected by methylene blue spectrophotometric method.The experimental resulted show that the recoveries of the actual samples were 90%~102%,and the relative standard deviations range was 0.8%~1.7%.The blank value experiment results and detection limits could meet the requirements of GB/T 16489-1996 standard method.The pretreatment method has the advantages of simple operation,high processing efficiency and automation,good precision and accuracy,and can realize the rapid pretreatment for the determination of sulfide in water.
