针对企业HSE管理体系运行过程中驱动力不足的问题进行分析,结合安全管理实际工作和体系运行情况,基于HSE体系的核心内涵和特征,构建了体系有效运行驱动模型。同时围绕核心要素实施、体系运行监控、大数据分析3个方面,全面建设信息化平台,作为进一步驱动HSE体系整体运行、持续改进和落地生根的支撑载体。

The problems of lacking motivation in HSE management systems were analyzed.Considering the actual work of safety management and system implementation,the driving model of the system was constructed,based on the core connotation and the characteristics of HSE system.The information platform had been built in an all-round way,focusing on the implementation of core elements,system operation monitoring and big data analysis.The purpose of this study was to realize the effective operation,continuous improvement and grounding of HSE system.
