摘要
基于通用有限元程序ABAQUS和风力机开源设计软件FAST,开发海上风力机动力响应分析软件平台ABA-OWT。选用NREL 5 MW海上单桩式风力机标准模型,首先,在ABAQUS中实现风力机结构的自动化建模,并根据风力机的结构特性初步验证模型的正确性;然后,在时域内通过子程序建立风力机结构与FAST子模块(气动、水动和伺服控制)之间的实时耦合;最后,对比ABA-OWT与FAST的风力机结构动力响应结果。分析结果表明:ABA-OWT风力机结构数值模型比FAST模型表现得更柔;在各种工况下,ABA-OWT与FAST的风力机结构动力响应基本一致;ABA-OWT可实现风、波浪和控制等联合作用下的海上风力机结构动力响应分析。
Based on the the general finite element program of ABAQUS and an open-source code FAST for wind turbine(WT)design,a simulation software platform ABA-OWT for dynamic response analysis of the offshore wind turbine(OWT)was developed.The standard model of NREL 5 MW offshore wind turbine with monopile foundation is selected.Firstly,this platform realizes the automatic modeling of the OWT structural model in ABAQUS,which was initially verified its correctness according to the structural properties of the WT provided by NREL.Then,to create real-time coupling interactions between the WT structural model and various environmental loads in the time domain,the WT structural model in the ABAQUS was coupled with the submodules of aerodynamics,hydrodynamics and the control system(servo)from the FAST by ABAQUS subroutines.Finally,the results of WT structure dynamic responses from ABA-OWT and FAST are compared.The analysis results show that the ABA-OWT WT structure numerical model is more flexible than FAST model.Under various working conditions,the dynamic responses of WT structure from ABA-OWT and FAST are basically the same;ABAOWT realizes the dynamic response analysis of OWT structure under the combined action of wind,wave and servo-control et al.
