贵州省农业现代化实现路径研究

Research on Paths to Realize Agricultural Modernization in Guizhou Province

随着农业现代化进程的加快,贵州省采取了一系列有助于农业现代化的举措,取得了一定的成效,也暴露了一些问题。现状主要包括顶层设计不断加强、农业现代化的氛围逐渐形成、农业产业结构不断优化、农业发展绿色引领凸显、农民的生活水平不断提高、农村消费结构和消费发生深刻变革。存在的问题主要包括农业产业化水平有待提高、农业发展资金存在短缺和农村人力支撑力度不够。要加速贵州省农业现代化,需要加速农业产业发展,提升农业产业化水平;完善农业投入机制,满足农业发展资金需要;加强农业人才队伍建设,培育新型职业农民来促进农业现代化。

With the acceleration of agricultural modernization,a series of measures to boost its process were adopted in Guizhou Province,which has achieved a certain success and exposed some problems as well.Its status quo mainly includes the continuous strengthening of top-level design,the gradual formation of the atmosphere of agricultural modernization,the continuous optimization of agricultural and industrial structure,the prominent leadership of the green development of agricultural sector,the continuous improvement of farmers’living standards,and the profound revolutions happened in rural consumption structure and consumption.However,the existing problems in agricultural modernization chiefly include the need for improving agricultural industrialization,the shortage of funds in the process of agricultural developments well as the lack of manpower in rural areas.To accelerate the agricultural modernization in Guizhou Province,it is necessary to improve the supporting facilities of the agricultural industry and accelerate its development;improving the mechanism on agricultural investment to meet the needs of funds in the process of agricultural development;enhancing the construction of agricultural elitists and cultivating new-type professional farmers to promote agricultural modernization.
