VMI在应对下游需求不确定性中的应用--基于中间商和制造商

摘要 文章通过分析供应链中"牛鞭效应"产生的过程和原因,以"可乐游戏"为案例,尝试引用VMI(供应商库存管理)方法来解决供应链企业间产、供、销相关问题,根据研究结果证明了在下游需求不确定环境下,中间商和制造商采取VMI来应对下游需求不确定时的积极作用。
