Ascariasis is a kind of nematode disease caused by Ascaris Suum,which infects the small intestine of pigs.The disease is most dangerous to pigs aged 2 to 6 months,especially in poor nutrition,sanitary conditions and inclement weather conditions.The infection of swine ascariasis is mainly related to pathogen,life history,epidemic characteristics and disease control.This paper mainly discusses the diagnosis and control of ascariasis in pigs.
