Ascariasis is a kind of internal parasitic disease that easily occurs in chicken breeding.It can threaten chickens of any age.The most serious threat to chickens is ascariasis,which often leads to stunted growth and even serious death of chickens.Due to the fact that many farmers have been adhering to the management model of free-range farming,coupled with the lack of attention paid to the thorough cleaning and sanitary disinfection of the free-range farms,there are many parasite eggs in the environment,and during the outdoor activities and feeding process of the chickens,exposure to parasitic eggs is greatly increased,providing conditions for the spread of parasitic diseases such as ascariasis.This paper deals with the diagnosis and control of ascariasis in native chickens.
