动物卫生监督执法中存在的风险点及防控措施

近年,我国法制化建设逐步完善,动物卫生监督执法监管体系完善程度也逐渐提高。但目前动物卫生监督执法过程中仍存在风险,对我国动物防控及畜牧养殖业的发展带来不利影响。该文就动物卫生监督执法中存在的风险点进行阐述总结,并以此有针对性地提出各风险点的具体防控措施。

The degree of perfection of the animal Health Supervision and law enforcement supervision system has also been gradually improved.However,risks still exist in the process of animal health supervision and law enforcement,which have a negative impact on the development of animal control and animal husbandry in China.This paper summarized the risk points in animal health supervision and law enforcement,and put forward the specific prevention and control measures for each risk point.
