江苏省涟水县畜禽粪污资源化利用现状及发展对策

Present Situation and Development Countermeasures of Livestock and Poultry Waste Resource Utilization,Lianshui County,Jiangsu Province

当前县级畜禽养殖结构不断优化调整,很多地区加大规模化养殖产业的发展进程,同时养殖场所排放的粪污量也呈现逐渐增多趋势。规模化养殖场和中小规模养殖户对粪污资源处置利用不到位,直接向外排放,对周边的江河湖泊,土壤空气质量构成严重的污染。该文结合实际情况,探讨江苏省涟水县畜禽粪污资源化利用现状,并提出发展对策。

At present,the structure of livestock and poultry breeding at county level has been optimized and adjusted continuously,and the development process of large-scale breeding industry has been increased in many areas.Large-scale farms and small-and medium-scale farmers do not make good use of the waste resources,and directly discharge to the outside,which causes serious pollution to the surrounding rivers and lakes and soil air quality.Based on the actual situation,this paper first discusses the current situation of the utilization of livestock and poultry waste resources in Lianshui County,Jiangsu Province,and puts forward the development countermeasures for the utilization.
