海洋修井机泥浆搅拌器设计优化

摘要 在海洋修井机设备中,搅拌器虽然属于小型设备,但在修井液(泥浆液)配置与混合的过程中起着至关重要的作用。一台高效的搅拌器是修井作业顺利进行的保障,所以搅拌器桨叶选型、桨径大小,以及叶轮安装位置高低,对泥浆液的混合有重要影响。该文根据近年海洋修井机逐步标准化模块化的发展趋势,从搅拌器桨型、桨径、桨叶层数和功率计算等几方面进行设计研究;利用CFD数值模拟对不同桨径、不同叶轮组合进行仿真模拟;通过对流场、功率等几方面进行对比分析,优化产品设计。该文为海洋修井机搅拌器的设计提供参考依据。 Although the mud agitator is a small device among the offshore workover rig equipment,it plays a vital role in the confi guration and mixing of the workover fl uid(mud fl uid).A high-effi ciency mud agitator is the guaranteenecessary to ensure the smooth progress of the workover operation.The mixing of the mud fl uid can be greatly affected by the selection of the mud agitator blades,the impeller diameter and the installation position of the impeller.The design of the mud agitator has been studied from the aspects of the impeller type,impeller diameter,blade layer number and power calculation according to the development of the standardization and modularization of the offshore workover rig in recent years.The mud agitators with different impeller diameters and different impeller configuration are simulated by using the CFD method.Finally,the product design is optimized through the comparative analysis of the fl ow fi eld and power.It can provide reference for the design of the offshore workover rig mud agitator.
