赋能理论指导下的自我护理管理在癌痛患者中的应用

Effects of self-care management guided by empowerment theory in cancer pain patients

目的探究赋能理论指导下的自我护理管理在癌痛患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年4月—2021年4月南阳市中心医院的168例住院癌痛患者为研究对象,采用信封法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组84例。对照组患者予以常规的癌痛三阶梯止痛护理方法,而观察组在对照组的基础上予以赋能理论指导下的自我护理管理。比较两组患者干预前后的疼痛评分、成人素质希望量表评分以及应对方式评分。结果观察组患者干预后疼痛评分、消极应对维度评分低于对照组,积极应对维度、成人素质希望量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赋能理论指导下的自我护理管理能够提高癌痛患者应对疾病的积极性,降低患者的疼痛程度。

Objective To explore the effect of self-care management guided by the empowerment theory in cancer pain patients.Methods From April 2018 to April 2021,convenience sampling was used to select 168 inpatient cancer pain patients in Nanyang Central Hospital as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by the envelope method,with 84 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the conventional three-step analgesia nursing for cancer pain,while the patients in the observation group were given self-care management guided by the empowerment theory on the basis of the control group.The pain scores,Adult Dispositional Hope Scale scores and coping style scores were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the pain score and negative coping dimension score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the positive coping dimension score and the Adult Dispositional Hope Scale score were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Self-care management guided by the empowerment theory can improve the enthusiasm of cancer pain patients to deal with the disease and relieve the pain of patients.
