摘要
社会现实要求在儿童青少年的成长过程中更应该关注抗挫折能力培养,抗挫折能力是孩子立足未来社会的磐石,尤其是独生子女一代的必修课。然而在现实中,家长的教育观念以及把孩子培养成什么样的人的认识影响了抗挫折能力的培养。对孩子进行抗挫折能力的培养需要家长更新教育观念,引导孩子树立成长型思维,利用生活实践进行抗挫折教育,在日常生活中培养孩子的勤劳习惯,并且家长要以身作则。
Social reality requires more attention to the cultivation of anti-frustration ability in the growth of children and adolescents. Anti-frustration ability is indispensable for children to survive in the future society, especially for the one-child generation. However, in reality, parents’ educational concepts and the awareness of what kind of people to cultivate affect the cultivation of anti-frustration ability. The cultivation of children’s ability to resist setbacks requires parents to update their educational concepts,guide children to establish growth-oriented thinking, use life practice to carry out anti-frustration education,cultivate children’s diligent habits in daily life,and lead by examples.
