新时期面向“核心素养”的地方高师院校教学变革

摘要 基于"核心素养"的基础教育师资建设日益成为影响地方高师院校教学变革的现实动力。"核心素养"指向的基础教育师资有待高师院校给予准教师全面育人观念、个人课程能力、对话素养以及实践研究能力的教学供给。为此,地方高师院校当积极推进教学变革的先发性,突破教学场域的固化逻辑,推动形成促进基础教育"核心素养"师资培育的供给力,为新时期"立德树人"的教育愿景贡献地方高师院校教学力量。 The teachers construction of basic education based on“core literacy”has increasingly become a realistic driving force affecting the teaching reform of local normal colleges and universities. The basic education teachers oriented by“core literacy”need normal colleges and universities to provide student teachers with the teaching supply of comprehensive education concept,personal curriculum ability,dialogue literacy and practical research ability. To this purpose,it is necessary for local normal universities to actively promote the primacy of teaching reform,break through the fossilized logic in the teaching field,facilitate the formation of the supply force to cultivation of basic education teachers with“core literacy”,and contribute to the teaching force by local normal colleges and universities for the educational vision of“fostering virtue through education”in the new era.
