摘要
贮箱自动增压系统用于发动机的推进剂贮箱的压力控制,在进行发动机热试车时,通过使贮箱维持设定压力,确保液体推进剂能够以稳定的压力与流量进入发动机燃烧室。设计基于西门子S7-200 Smart PLC的贮箱自动增压测控系统,通过PLC的模拟量采集通道实现对贮箱前端压力参数的采集,通过开关量实现对管路电磁阀的控制,从而达到发动机推进剂贮箱控压的目的。
The tank automatic booster system is used to control the pressure of the propellant tank of the engine. During the engine hot test, the tank maintains the set pressure to ensure that the liquid propellant can enter the engine combustion chamber at a stable pressure and flow rate. Design a tank automatic pressurization measurement and control system based on Siemens S7-200 Smart PLC, realize the collection of pressure parameters at the front of the tank through the analog quantity acquisition channel of the PLC, and realize the control of the pipeline solenoid valve through the switch, so as to achieve engine propulsion The purpose of the pressure control of the agent tank.
