摘要 针对传统系统在配电网隐蔽工程智能化检验应用中查全率较低的问题,提出基于机器视觉的配电网隐蔽工程智能化系统设计。系统硬件方面,设计了配电网隐蔽工程验收装置和探测告警装置,实现了对配电网隐蔽工程验收和对配电网隐蔽工程图像采集和预警;系统软件方面,采用机器视觉技术对配电网隐蔽工程图像进行分析,识别配电网隐蔽工程存在的缺陷。实验证明,设计系统对于配电网隐蔽工程缺陷的查全率高于传统系统。 Aiming at the low recall rate of traditional systems in the application of intelligent inspection of hidden engineering of distribution network, a machine vision-based intelligent system design of hidden engineering of distribution network is proposed.In terms of system hardware, an acceptance device and a detection alarm device based on the concealed engineering of the auxiliary distribution network have been designed to realize the acceptance of the concealed engineering of the distribution network and the image collection and early warning of the concealed engineering of the distribution network;in the aspect of the system software, the machine vision technology is used to monitor Analyze the concealed engineering images of the distribution network to identify the defects in the concealed engineering of the distribution network. Experiments have proved that the design system has a higher recall rate for hidden engineering defects in the distribution network than traditional systems.
