一种基于区块链技术的高校食堂食品安全追溯方案

摘要 高校食堂作为学生和教师饮食的重要提供者,近年来食材不卫生等问题层出不穷。尽管各大高校后勤管理人员对此问题积极进行整改,但依旧会发生类似问题,因此从食品源头找出问题至关重要。由于区块链技术具有不可篡改、去中心化以及溯源等优势,因此笔者提出一种基于区块链技术的高校食堂食品安全追溯方案(FSTSBT)。FSTSBT方案分为3个过程,并利用共识机制PoW将交易信息存储在区块链网路中。该方案有效解决了高校食堂食品安全溯源问题,一旦发生问题能够查出食品源头,有效保证学生和教师就餐安全。 As an important provider of food for students and teachers in college canteens, problems such as unsanitary ingredients have emerged in recent years. Although the logistics management personnel of major colleges and universities actively rectify this problem, similar problems still occur, so it is very important to find the problem from the source of the food. Because blockchain technology has the advantages of non-tampering, decentralization, and traceability, the author proposes a food safety traceability scheme for college canteens(FSTSBT) based on blockchain technology. The FSTSBT scheme is divided into 3 processes and uses the consensus mechanism PoW to store transaction information in the blockchain network. This solution effectively solves the problem of food safety traceability in college canteens. Once a problem occurs, the source of the food can be found, effectively ensuring the safety of students and teachers.
