油气企业网络信息安全的人因失误分析及对策建议

Human Error Analysis and Countermeasures of Network Information Security in Oil & Gas Enterprises

网络信息系统安全运行对于油气企业提升管理水平和工作效率、保障国家能源安全具有重要意义。笔者基于人因失误理论,从个体因素、组织因素、技术因素以及环境因素4个维度分析人在油气企业网络信息安全事故中扮演的角色和致因过程,建议油气企业从完善网络信息安全管理制度、加强网络安全技术保障、提升全体职工的网络信息安全意识3个方面筑牢网络信息安全防线,合理应用网络信息系统助力智能化油田的建设。

The safe operation of network information systems is of great significance for oil and gas companies to improve their management level and work efficiency, and to ensure national energy security. Based on the theory of human error, the author analyzes the role and cause process of human beings in network information security accidents in oil and gas companies from the four dimensions of individual factors, organizational factors, technical factors and environmental factors. It is recommended that oil and gas companies improve their network information security management systems., Strengthen the network security technology guarantee,enhance the network information security awareness of all employees, build a strong network information security line of defense, and rationally apply network information systems to help the construction of intelligent oilfields.
