标准化综合改革背景下的标准化大数据政策构建研究——以山东省为例

Research on Standardized Big Data Policy Based on Comprehensive Standard Reform

标准化大数据作为各行业领域的基础型战略资源,对经济社会高质量发展有着重要作用。目前标准化大数据领域缺少成熟的政策框架,无法对相关工作起到良好的引导作用。本文在对标准化大数据有直接影响的参与主体进行分析识别的基础上,借鉴政府开放数据全生命周期模型,在标准化综合改革背景下,为标准化大数据政策框架的制定提出建议。

Standardized big data in various industries acts an important role of basic strategic resources,which can promote high-quality development.However,the development of standardized big data is limited by immature policy frameworks.In the background of comprehensive reform of standardization,this paper analyzes the participants which have direct influences on the standardized big data,and takes the government open data full lifecycle model as reference,then puts forward suggestions for the standardized big data policy framework.
