BIM技术、AI技术、智能建造技术是智能建造应用的核心技术。本文介绍BIM技术在装饰工程的应用,并融合AI技术针对性开发出基于BIM技术的智能放样机器人,该研究可以实现现场施工和设计模型的三维数字信息的交互,有利于智能化建造的推行。BIM技术的应用和放样机器人的研究是数字化设计和智能施工建造的两个代表性成果,是智能建造的重要方向。本文分别以酒店室内装饰和多曲面空间项目作为案例,展示了BIM技术、AI技术的应用,并将优秀经验积累成标准,为形成行业基础教材和人才培养打下基础。

BIM Technology,AI teclmology and intelligent construction technology are the core technologies of intelligent construction application.This paper introduces the application of BIM Technology in deco rat ion engineering,and integrates AI technology to develop an intrlligeiM setting out robot based on BIM Technology.This research can realize the interaction of tliree—dimensional digital information between on-site construction and design model,which is conducive to tlie impleinentation of intelligent construction.The npplication of BIM Technology and the research of setting out robot are two representative achievcinents of digital design and intelligent construction,and they are important directions of intelligent construction.Taking the liotel interior decoration and multi curved space projects as cases,this paper shows the application of BIM technology and AI technology,and accumulates excellent experience into standards,so as to lay a foundation for the formation of industry basic teaching materials and talent training.
