摘要
百万扩招是适应产业升级与经济结构调整需要的战略之举,是推进高等职业教育转型发展的机遇挑战,对高职院校人才培养模式提出了新的变革要求。伴随生源多样化与需求差异化而来的是高职院校办学目标、教学形式与培养模式的调整需要。在这一转型进程中,高职院校的人才培养模式不仅易受到办学定位及发展目标的路径依赖性影响,还因教育资源的有限性以及培养模式的同形性而阻滞教学形态转型,降低质量建设效率。因此还需进一步发挥国家相关政策的叠加性优势,完善育训并举的现代职业教育与培训体系;做强产教融合的开放性优势,构建因材施教式的弹性化培养方式;突出终身学习的发展性优势,推行资源整合利用的在地化教育模式,保障质量型扩招要求的落地落实。
The policy of higher vocational education enrollment expansion is a strategic move to meet the needs of industrial upgrading and economic restructuring.It is an opportunity and challenge to promote the transformation and development of higher vocational education,and puts forward new requirements for the reform of the talent training model of higher vocational colleges.Accompanied by the diversification of student sources and the differentiation of demand comes the adjustment needs of higher vocational colleges’educational goals,teaching methods and training models.In this process,the talent training model of higher vocational colleges is not only easily affected by the path dependence of school orientation and development goals,but also due to the limited educational resources and the homogeneity of the training model.Therefore,it is necessary to further utilize the superimposing advantages of relevant national policies to improve the modern vocational education and training system;strengthen the open advantages of the integration of production and education,and construct flexible training methods that teach students in accordance with their aptitude;highlight the development of lifelong learning advantages,promote the location-based education model of resource integration and utilization,and ensure the implementation of the requirements of quality-based enrollment expansion.
