创新创业能力的科学内涵及其意义

Scientific Connotation and Significance of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability

"大众创业、万众创新"的时代背景为高校推进创新创业教育提供了良机。然而创新创业教育面临的一个卡脖子的技术难题就是如何对创新创业能力进行测量,如果不能对创新创业能力进行科学测量,则创新创业教育就失去了有效凭据。要对创新创业能力进行科学测量就必须首先对创新创业能力进行科学阐释,否则就难以突破。在遵循学术界关于创新创业能力基本共识的基础上,运用哲学透视方法,发现创新创业能力实质上是人的自我发展能力的展现,包括七个关键能力,反映了人才成长基本规律,可作为创新创业能力测量的理论依据。

The background of"Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation"provides a good opportunity for colleges and universities to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education.However,a technical problem of innovation and entrepreneurship education is how to measure the innovation and entrepreneurship ability.If we can’t measure the innovation and entrepreneurship ability scientifically,the innovation and entrepreneurship education will lose the effective evidence.In order to measure the innovation and entrepreneurship ability scientifically,we must first explain the innovation and entrepreneurship ability reasonably,otherwise it is difficult to break through.On the basis of following the basic consensus of academic circles on innovation and entrepreneurship ability,using the philosophical perspective method,it is found that innovation and entrepreneurship ability is essentially the display of human self-development ability,focus on seven passes,reflecting the basic law of talent growth,which can be used as the theoretical basis for the measurement of innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
