地方性高职高专中职生教育及管理工作标准化探讨

Discussion on the Standardization of Education and Management of Secondary Vocational Students in Local Higher Vocational Colleges

随着新课改的深入推进,现阶段我国教育领域对当前的高职院校提出了更高的要求,教师在开展教学活动的过程中,应该探索教育工作的标准化,为学生提供标准化的教学内容以及标准化的管理制度,以合理的教学内容和管理制度促进学生的综合发展。本文将简要分析高职院校教学现状、高职院校教学标准化的目标内容及重点,并提出高职院校标准化课程建设方法,希望给工作在一线的广大教育工作者提供借鉴与参考。

With the deepening of new curriculum reform,at the present stage,China’s education field puts forward higher requirements for the current higher vocational colleges.In the process of teaching activities,teachers should keep standardization of education work,provide students with standardized teaching contents and management system,and promote the comprehensive development of students at a reasonable teaching contents and management system.This paper will briefly analyze the status quo of teaching in higher vocational colleges,the objective content and key points of teaching standardization in higher vocational colleges,and put forward the construction method of standardized curriculum in higher vocational colleges,which is expected to provide reference for the majority of educators working in the front line.
