摘要
本文通过对黄淮学院医学院研究生一年级和二年级内科住院医师的OSCE成绩对比,探讨不同学习风格偏好与OSCE成绩的相关性,以此来证明不同学习偏好对内科住院医师规范化培训的效果影响。通过统计学分析不断探索住院医师学习风格偏好与OSCE成绩的相关性,发现不同学习风格偏好的内科住院医师中,研究生一年级至研究生二年级的OSCE成绩具有明显的改善。对被试者进行集中型学习偏好与非集中型学习偏好分组对比,发现两组的OSCE成绩均表现为从研究生一年级到二年级的明显提高,但非集中学习偏好分组的提高幅度更大。研究结果表明,研究生二年级的内科住院医师规范化培训效果要明显优于一年级,OSCE测试可能比较符合具有非集中型学习风格偏好的内科住院医师需求,不同学习风格偏好与OSCE成绩存在显著的相关性。
By comparing the OSCE scores of first-year graduate students and second-year medical residents of Medical College of Huanghuai University,the correlation between different learning style preferences and OSCE scores was explored,in order to prove the effect of different learning preferences on standardized training of medical residents.Through statistical analysis,the correlation between residents’learning style preference and OSCE scores was continuously explored.It was found that OSCE scores of internal medicine residents with different learning style preferences improved significantly from the first grade to the second grade of graduate students.It was found that OSCE scores of the two groups improved significantly from the first grade to the second grade of graduate students,but the improvement range of the group of non-concentrated learning preference was greater.Research result showed that the medical residents of second-year graduate students had obviously better standardized training effect than first-year graduate students.For different learning preferences,OSCE tests may meet the needs of medical residents with nonintensive learning style preference,and different learning style preferences are significantly related to OSCE scores.
