标准化视频宣教模式在妇产科护理中的价值探讨

Discussion on the Value of Standardized Video Education Mode under Obstetrics and Gynecology Care

目的:观察妇产科护理下标准化视频宣教模式的开展价值。方法:实验时间设定为2019年3月—2020年5月,从中调查入住甘肃省武威市古浪县城关街道社区卫生中心的妇产科治疗患者共计70例,将对象随机分2组,设定常规组与实验组分别为35例。其中常规组对象接受常规护理措施,实验组对象接受标准化视频宣教模式工作。为分析护理干预手段的实际效果,对患者疾病知晓率、病人满意度指标进行比较。结果:实验组中对象疾病知晓率、病人满意度高于常规组,结果分析有差异性,对比P<0.05。结论:在妇产科护理中开展标准化视频宣教模式,能提高患者的疾病健康知识知晓度,并提升临床治疗满意反馈,临床实施效果良好。

Objective:To observe the value of standardized video education mode under obstetrics and gynecology care.Methods:70 patients enrolled in the Gulang County Chengguan Street Community Health Service Center from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into 2 groups,namely 35 and 35 in conventional and experimental groups respectively.The conventional group objects received the routine care measures,and the experimental group objects received the standardized video education mode.In order to analyze the actual effect of nursing intervention means,the patient disease awareness rate and patient satisfaction index in the two groups were compared.Results:Disease awareness rate and patient satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the result analysis was different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized video education mode can improve patients’disease and health knowledge and improve satisfactory feedback of clinical treatment,with good clinical implementation effe ct.
