中医临床思维是传承和发展中医的核心内容,对于发挥和提高临床疗效至关重要。目前研究主要聚焦在理论思辩层面,其中思维方式、象思维与误诊的思维因素是主要研究内容。存在的问题主要包括思维概念不清,缺乏深化、细化研究,实证研究尚未得到重视等。中医临床思维方式如何具体地在诊疗过程中发挥作用,具备哪些规律性的特征;如何积极发挥创造思维的作用;避免某些思维陷阱;中医临床思维能力提高的可操作性路径包括哪些,皆是亟待深入研究的重要内容。中医临床思维研究涉及认知神经学、认知心理学等多学科交叉知识。因此,引入认知科学中的实证研究方法,探索思维过程的特异性神经机制,是深化中医临床思维研究的重要途径。

Clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is the core content of the inheritance and development of TCM,which is important to exert and improve clinical efficacy.The present research mainly focuses on the theoretical level,among which thinking mode,image thinking and misdiagnosed thinking factors are the main research contents.The existing problems mainly include unclear concept of thinking,lack of in-depth and detailed research,and empirical research has not received much attention.How does the clinical thinking mode of TCM specifically play a role in the diagnosis and treatment process,and what are the regular characteristics;how to actively play the role of creative thinking;how to avoid certain thinking traps;what are the operable paths for improving the clinical thinking ability of TCM?They are important contents that need urgent research.The research on clinical thinking of TCM involves cross-disciplinary knowledge such as cognitive neurology and cognitive psychology.Therefore,using empirical research methods in cognitive science to explore the specific neural mechanism of the thinking process is an important way to deepen the research of clinical thinking of TCM.
