摘要
中医推拿"筋骨理论"源远流长、内涵丰富,对现今推拿学临床及科研工作具有重要指导意义。筋骨评估是在此理论指导下的具体应用,既是推拿医师病情判断、手法选择、疗效评定的基础,又是推拿治疗的特性及临床疾病复杂多变的应有之义。传统筋骨评估方法赖于医师四诊,古今应用经验积累丰富;现代诊疗设备的普及,拓宽了传统方法的广度及深度。总结及思考筋骨评估传统及现代方法的应用现状,对推拿学临床及科研探索均有重大意义。
The‘muscle and bone theory’of traditional Chinese Tuina has a long history and rich connotation,which has important guiding significance for the clinical and scientific research of Tuina.Muscle and bone evaluation is the specific application under the guidance of this theory.It is not only the basis of the condition judgment,manipulation selection and curative effect evaluation of Tuina doctors,but also the due meaning of the characteristics of Tuina treatment and the complexity and variability of clinical diseases.The traditional evaluation method of muscles and bones depends on the four diagnoses of doctors and accumulates rich application experience in ancient and modern times.The popularization of modern diagnosis and treatment equipment broadens the breadth and depth of traditional methods.Summarizing and thinking about the application status of traditional and modern methods of muscle and bone evaluation is of great significance to the clinical and scientific research of Tuina.
