基于正电子发射计算机断层显像技术研究针刺捻转补泻手法降压的中枢机制 被引量:1

Central mechanism of acupuncture twirling reinforcing and reducing manipulation in reduction of blood pressure by PET technology

摘要 目的:应用18氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET)技术,观察针刺捻转补泻手法对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)脑葡萄糖代谢的影响,探讨其降压效应的中枢机制。方法:将40只雄性SHR随机分为模型组、针刺不施手法组、捻转补法组、捻转泻法组。10只Wistar大鼠作为空白组。针刺各组采用相应的针刺手法干预太冲穴20 min,模型组和空白组不进行针刺治疗。所有干预每天进行1次,持续28 d,每两周之间间隔1 d。重复测量大鼠血压,并在第1、28天行18F-FDG-PET扫描。结果:干预28 d后,与针刺不施手法组比较,捻转补法组与捻转泻法组收缩压均显著降低(P<0.01);针刺捻转补泻手法激活的靶脑区主要集中于延髓、海马、小脑、中脑、顶叶皮质、嗅球、隔核、背侧丘脑和视觉皮质。结论:针刺捻转补泻手法具有明显的降压效应,同时可提高SHR特定靶脑区的葡萄糖代谢水平,这可能是其发挥降压效应的中枢机制之一。 Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncture twirling reinforcing and reducing manipulation(TRRM)on cerebral glucose metabolism in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs)by 18 F-FDG-PET technology,exploring the central mechanism of its antihypertensive effect.Methods:Forty male SHRs were randomly and equally divided into a model group(A),a acupuncture without manipulation(B)group,a twirling reinforcing(C)group and a twirling reducing(D)group.Ten Wistar rats were assigned to the control(E)group.The according acupuncture intervention at Taichong(LR 3)acupoint were administered in the B,C and D groups for 20 min.The rats in the A and E groups received no treatment.All interventions were carried out once a day for 28 days,with an interval of 1 day between two weeks.The blood pressure of rats were measured repeatedly,and 18 F-FDG-PET scan was performed on the 1 st and 28 th day.Results:After 28 days of intervention,compared with the B group,the systolic blood pressure of the C and D groups were both significantly decreased(P<0.01),the target brain areas activated by the TRRM were mainly concentrated in the medulla oblongata,hippocampus,cerebellum,midbrain,parietal cortex,olfactory bulb,septal nucleus,dorsal,thalamus and visual cortex.Conclusion:The TRRM has obvious antihypertensive effects and can improve the glucose metabolism level of specific target brain areas of SHRs simultaneously,which may be one of the central mechanism of its antihypertensive effects.
