摘要
文章对《黄帝内经》四时卧起规律进行了考证辨析,认为按照四时阴阳运行规律以及四气调神指导思想,经文中的春三月"夜卧早起"应为"早卧早起",而秋三月之"早卧早起"则应为"晚卧晚起",如此可与夏三月之"夜卧早起"、冬三月之"早卧晚起"构成四季分明的卧起规律,从而对人身气血阴阳起到有利的保养作用。
This paper analysed the law of sleep in four seasons in Huangdi Neijing,according to the law of four seasons and yin yang operation and the guiding ideology of seasonal regulation of mental activity,in scripture’sleep late in the night and get up early in the morning’in spring should be changed into’sleep early in the night and get up early in the morning’,’sleep early in the night and get up early in the morning’in autumn should be changed into’sleep late in the night and get up late in the morning’,so it can be distinguished from the law of sleep in summer and winter.And it can maintain qi,blood,yin,yang in a good balance.
