基于“从化学说”浅析乳腺癌复发转移的证治规律

Analysis of rule of syndromes and therapies about recurrence and metastasis breast cancer based on’conghua theory’

乳腺癌复发转移的发病率不断上升,诸多临床实践表明,中医药在防治乳腺癌复发转移及复发后延长患者生存期和提高生活质量方面疗效显著。文章通过梳理中医学"从化学说"理论的发展变化,结合中医基础理论对乳腺癌复发转移的认识方法,以乳腺癌常发生复发转移的脏腑为切入点,阐述乳腺癌肺转移、肝转移、脑转移及骨转移的病机转化,并初步探索乳腺癌复发转移的辨证及其相应方药,以期为中医药治疗乳腺癌复发转移提供思路和方法。

The incidence of breast cancer recurrence and metastasis is rising.Many clinical practices show that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is effectively in preventing and treating breast cancer recurrence and metastasis.Prolonging the survival time and improving the quality of life.This paper reviewd the development about the’conghua theory’in TCM,and combined with the basic theory of TCM to understand the methods of breast cancer recurrence and metastasis.Through analyzed the conghua theory and used the commonly happen metastasis zang-fu of breast cancer as the breakthrough point.To clarify the pathogenesis in lung metastasis,liver metastasis,brain metastases and bone metastases.Demonstrating the recurrence and metastasis breast cancer’s syndromes and therapies.And to provide ideas and methods of TCM treatment for recurrence and metastasis breast cancer.
