病有虚实而治有补泻,补泻是中医疗病的基本法则,魏稼教授认为针刺补泻手法是针法中的精尖技术,其效果是评价医生水平的重要标准。魏老不仅对针刺捻转补泻、提插补泻、迎随补泻、呼吸补泻、开阖补泻等有独特见解,还对针刺补泻操作手法,补泻的顺序、特异性以及针具选择与疗效关系等有深刻认识。文章对魏教授针刺补泻理论及手法进行整理,以便于窥见其临床特色与学术思想崖略。
