金妙文辨治糖尿病经验浅析

Analysis of JIN Miao-wen’s experience in treating diabetes

金妙文教授认为,糖尿病(DM)基本病机为气阴两虚,燥热、痰瘀互结;气阴两虚为本,燥热、痰瘀为标,本虚标实,虚实夹杂;病理因素主要有虚、燥、热、痰、瘀,病位主要涉及肺、脾、胃、肾,以脾、胃和肾为主;以益气养阴、清热润燥、活血化痰、健脾补肾为基本治法,临证依标本主次和具体证型,灵活施治。金教授在前人基础上,结合自身临床实践,总结出降糖基本方,并随症灵活加减。病证结合,复法制方,重视脾肾,气(阳)阴兼顾,多法调治,以平为期。

Professor JIN Miao-wen believes that the basic pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus(DM)is deficiency of both qi and yin,with the combination of dryness and heat,phlegm and blood stasis;deficiency of both qi and yin,with dryness and heat,phlegm and blood stasis as the standard,with deficiency and excess as the standard;pathological factors mainly include deficiency,dryness,heat,phlegm and blood stasis;the disease mainly involves lung,spleen,stomach and kidney,mainly spleen,stomach and kidney;the basic treatment is to replenish qi and nourish yin,clear heat and moisten dryness,activate blood circulation and remove phlegm,and strengthen spleen and kidney.According to the primary and secondary symptoms and specific syndrome types,flexible treatment.Professor JIN on the basis of predecessors,combined with his own clinical practice,summed up the basic prescription of hypoglycemia,and flexibly modified with the disease.We should pay attention to spleen and kidney,give attention to both qi(yang)and yin,and treat them with multiple methods,so as to stabilize the body.
