杂病临床表现多样,文章叙述并分析了严世芸教授在古代"中和"哲学思想指导下诊治杂病的用药特点和配伍特色,即注重协调阴阳,通补兼施,调和气血,兼顾五脏,用药、组方注意应统筹寒热、虚实等,折衷而不偏废,从而达人体机能之"和"。并附中风后遗症、口腔黏膜色素痣验案两则。"中和"观下杂病的诊治,效果甚佳,在临床中具有一定的实用和指导价值。

The clinical manifestations of miscellaneous diseases are various.The article described and analyzed the characteristics of medication and compatibility of professor YAN Shi-yun in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases under the influence of ancient‘neutralization’philosophy,that is,paying attention to the coordination of yin and yang,promoting and tonifying,harmonizing qi and blood,and taking into account the five zang organs.In the course of medication and prescription,attention should be paid to the coordination of cold and heat,deficiency and excess and compromise without bias,so as to achieve the‘harmony’of human body function.Two cases of wind sequelae and oral mucosal pigmented nevus were also attached.The diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases under the concept of‘neutralization’has a good effect,which has a certain practical and guiding value in clinical practice.
