发作性睡病的中医药治疗研究进展

Research progress in paroxysmal narcolepsy by traditional Chinese medicine treatment

发作性睡病是一种发病机制尚不明确的终身性罕见疑难病,近年来随着研究的逐渐深入,发病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重影响着患者的生活质量与生命安全。中医并无本病的专门记载,现代中医学者对其认识,多局限于临床个案报道,样本量少,诊疗标准尚不准确统一。故文章对发作性睡病的中医病因病机、证型分布规律及中医药治疗等方面的研究予以综述,为临床认识、学习、诊疗该病提供便捷和思路。

Narcolepsy is a lifelong rare and difficult disease whose pathogenesis is still unclear.In recent years,with the gradual deepening of research,the incidence is increasing year by year,seriously affecting the quality of life and safety of patients.There is no special record of this disease in ancient Chinese medicine,and the understanding of modern Chinese medicine scholars is mostly limited to clinical case reports,the sample size is small,and the standard of diagnosis and treatment is not accurate and unified.Therefore,this article reviews the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome distribution and TCM treatment of narcolepsy,so as to provide convenience and ideas for clinical understanding,learning,diagnosis and treatment of narcolepsy.
