基于太赫兹波光谱技术探究五脏和经络的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between five zang organs and meridians based on Terahertz wave spectroscopy

目的:从脏腑-经络的核心——气入手,运用太赫兹(THz)波光谱技术,来探讨脏腑经络相关性。方法:艾灸前,对50名在校健康大学生进行五脏原穴THz波检测,艾灸(采用艾条悬灸)五脏募穴后,再次进行五脏原穴THz波检测,通过光谱形态分析和χ;检验的方法对艾灸前后五脏原穴太赫兹波辐射光谱进行分析。结果:五脏对应经络原穴无论是左手(脚)还是右手(脚),艾灸后THz波辐射强度均有所增强,虽增强强度不高,但对于人体本身辐射出的微弱THz波比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);尤其是心经和肺经,艾灸前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),脾、肝、肾经艾灸前后差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于同一经络的左右手(脚),无论是艾灸前还是艾灸后比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论:艾灸五脏募穴,能激发脏腑经气感传,同时引起对应经络经气发生改变;艾灸五脏募穴激发经络THz波效应强弱可能和传输距离长短有关联;同时脏腑对经络的调节在正常人当中没有左右手(脚)之分;发现3.584~1.290 THz频率为原穴特征频率段,对这段进行研究更能展示原穴特征。这一结论可为进一步阐明五脏和经络之气或者脏腑和经络之气的关联提供生物物理学基础,为脏腑和经络学说的研究提供更多科学依据,为今后一些相关仪器研发提供理论指导。

Objective:Starting from qi,the core of Zangfu organs and meridians,to explore the correlation between Zangfu organs and meridians by using Terahertz(THz)wave spectroscopy.Methods:Before moxibustion,50 healthy college students were tested for THz wave at the original point of five zang organs.After moxibustion(moxa stick suspension moxibustion)at the original point of five zang organs,THz wave at the original point of five zang organs was tested again.THz wave radiation spectrum at the original point of five Zang organs before and after moxibustion was analyzed by spectral morphological analysis andχ;test.Results:After moxibustion,the radiation intensity of THz wave at the original points of meridians corresponding to the five zang organs,whether left hand(foot)or right hand(foot),was enhanced.Although the enhancement intensity was not high,there was still a statistical difference compared with the weak THz wave radiated by the human body itself(P<0.05);Especially the heart and lung meridians,there were significant differences before and after moxibustion(P<0.01),and there were significant differences between spleen,liver and kidney meridians before and after moxibustion(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the left and right hands(feet)of the same meridian before and after moxibustion.Conclusion:Moxibustion on Wuzang Mu points can stimulate the sensory transmission of visceral meridians and qi,and cause the changes of corresponding meridians and qi at the same time,kidney and liver meridian are relatively significant,indicating that the THz wave effect of moxibustion on Wuzang Mu point may be related to the length of transmission distance;In addition,there is no difference between the left and right hands(feet)in the regulation of meridians by Zangfu organs in normal people;It is found that the frequency of 3.584~1.290 THz is the characteristic frequency band of the original acupoint,and the study of this band can better show the characteristics of the original acupoint.This conclusion can provide biophysical basis for further clarifying the relationship between the five zang organs and the qi of the meridians or between the Zangfu organs and the qi of the meridians,provide more scientific basis for the research of the theory of Zangfu organs and meridians,and provide theoretical guidance for the research and development of some relevant instruments in the future.
